How much do you charge for backgrounds?

This will require a big trust between me and the commissioner. You can always ask me personally but I can't promise the answer will always be yes.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I have the right to deny any commission.You are given 3 changes to the art. After that, an additional fee will be given.For first time commissioners:
You will need to pay me first before receiving any WIPs.For recurring commissioners:
I will need the payment after the approval of the sketch WIP. I will not continue until the payment has been given.If you want art done of another person's OC, I will require written consent from the OC's owner.
